Privacy Policy

Who we are

Azflow AI (“Azflow”, “we”, “us”) is operated by FAJWAH LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Azflow desktop app, the account dashboard at azflow.ai and related services, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and, if you sign in with Google or GitHub, the basic profile those services share with us (name, email address and profile picture).
• Plan and billing information: your plan and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by Azflow.
• Cloud workspace data: when you use a cloud sandbox, the files, commands and messages you send to it are processed to run your work.
• Technical information: limited logs needed to keep the service secure and working, such as sign-in times and error reports.

Projects you work on locally stay on your computer unless you choose to use a cloud feature.

Google user data

When you sign in with Google we request only your name, email address and profile picture. We use them solely to create and identify your Azflow account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run our sign-in system. Azflow’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

• To create your account and sign you in.
• To provide, secure and improve Azflow, including cloud workspaces.
• To manage your plan and billing.
• To contact you about your account or important changes to the service.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that host our authentication, database, payments and cloud compute on our behalf, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep account information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your choices

You can access, correct or delete your information, and disconnect Google or GitHub sign-in from your Google or GitHub account settings.
